1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order number via email or phone.
2. Refund Eligibility
- If your order is cancelled within the eligible time frame, a full refund (100%) will be issued.
- In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, you may request a return or refund. Supporting evidence such as photos or videos may be required for verification.
3. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- Order cancellation requests made after dispatch
- Returned products that are used, damaged, or not in original condition (unless they arrived that way)
- Customized or clearance sale items, unless they are defective or damaged on arrival
